消费者APP使用问题

APP或WEB等客户端使用常见问题

For large products, we deliver your product via a third party logistics company offering you the “room of choice” scheduled delivery service. For small products, we offer free parcel delivery.

The cost of scheduled delivery is $69 or $99 per order, depending on the destination postal code. The parcel delivery is free.

We will promptly replace any product that is damaged in transit. Just contact our support team, to notify us of the situation within 48 hours of product arrival.

可以在BOSS APP或WEB我的餐厅页面中,输入激活码进行续费、开通功能、提升最大连接数。或者也可求助技术支持帮助您来完成。激活码可以通过在线求助或电话获取。

我们的云服务归属在罗马地区,系统默认使用罗马时区(UTC+1,未设定过默认显示为UTC-Cloud,将和UTC+1效果一样),如果您的时区有所不同,可以在BOSS APP或WEB我的信息中修改时区,欧洲时区有4个(UTC+0/UTC+1/UTC+2/UTC+3),请酌情设定。另外如果您所在地区开启夏令时后存在偏差,也可通过此项参数配置显示正确。

餐厅级别为VIP3或以上时,餐厅的Web系统会自动开启。访问链接(www.ifiume.com/food/do?r=AAA)。

其中AAA为您的餐厅编号,可以通过在Web的餐厅设置中申请一个容易记忆的名称BBB来替换AAA。您也可以通过其他域名指向这个链接。

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, check your junk email or spam folder.
